Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for full priced items purchased online, including items purchased using a promo code. To be eligible your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of goods a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the full purchase price, provided item is returned in original condition and unused as specified above. Expedited shipping will not be refunded. Customer pays return shipping.

Purchases made anywhere other than the website are considered final sales unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of sale.

Clearance items
Custom or semi-custom goods
Intimates
Gift cards
Digital downloads

Exchanges (if applicable)

Not all items can be exchanged. Email us at www.alinecalledk@gmail.com for more information. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you don't receive a refund you can email us at alinecalledk@gmail.com. Then check your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
